Return & Refund Policy

Our return window lasts 3 days from the date of delivery. If 3 days have passed since your order was delivered, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

A. Damaged During Shipment

• Notify us within 2 days of delivery
• Provide clear photos or a video showing the damage
• We will arrange either a replacement or a full refund

B. Missing Item in the Parcel

• Inform us within 2 days
• Provide a mandatory unboxing video from the moment the package is opened
• We will investigate and send the missing item or issue a refund

* Important: Please record a proper unboxing video when opening your parcel. Claims without an unboxing video cannot be accepted for missing items.

• Products wrongly ordered by the customer
• Items damaged due to mishandling after delivery
• Digital downloads, datasheets, and learning materials
• Customized or made-to-order items
• Orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch

Only items received damaged or defective are eligible for replacement.

• If a COD order is intentionally refused, unaccepted, or returned due to customer negligence (RTO), the COD option may be blocked
• Prepaid orders will still be allowed

Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you about the status.

If approved: Your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days to the original payment method.

Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are non-refundable except when:

• The shipped item was wrong
• The item arrived damaged
• The product was defective due to our error

Partial refunds may be granted when:

• The item is not in original condition
• Parts or accessories are missing
• Damage is not caused by us

Refunds will not be issued in cash.

• Reason for return
• Photos or video (mandatory for damage claims)
• Unboxing video (mandatory for missing-item claims)
